Job summary

Public Storage is seeking a Property Manager to work independently across multiple locations, including indoor and outdoor settings. You will assess storage needs, suggest packing supplies, conduct daily inspections, and manage cash deposits.

The role includes ensuring spaces are ready to rent, keeping customers current on payments, and performing reminder calls. Ideal candidates come from customer service driven sales environments and hold a valid driver’s license, with mileage reimbursement

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service oriented sales environments such as retail, restaurant, fast food or other service-based companies.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies.
• Daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability to ensure spaces are ready to rent.
• Auditing cash drawers and making bank deposits as part of daily business operations.
• Help keep customers current with payments and make reminder and collection calls when required.
