Public Storage is seeking a Property Manager to work independently at multiple locations, both indoors and outdoors. You will assess customer storage needs, suggest packing supplies, and conduct daily unit inspections to ensure space readiness for rent.

You will also audit cash drawers, handle deposits, and help customers stay current on payments by making reminder and collection calls as needed. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel between sites are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service centered sales environments.
• Ability to upsell products and services to customers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort handling cash transactions with accuracy.

Responsabilités

• Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies.
• Perform daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability for rental.
• Audit cash drawers and process bank deposits as part of daily tasks.
• Keep customers current with payments and perform reminder and collection calls when required.
• Travel between different work locations using personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed).
