Job summary

West Coast Self-Storage Group is hiring a full-time Property Manager for the Indio location. You will oversee daily operations, interact with customers, and drive store performance. This role requires strong people skills and a proactive approach.

Schedule is Tue-Sat, 9:30am-6:00pm. Eligible with benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). On-the-job training and promotion opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales, cash handling and customer service.
• Ability to self-manage while achieving team objectives.
• Willingness to work weekends and some holidays.
• Basic computer skills required (MS Office).

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to assess storage needs (in person, phone, web).
• Create store plans to hit monthly/annual budgets.
• Manage pricing, discounts and web listings.
• Maintain property to Clean & Operational standards.
• Oversee vendors and CapEx projects.
• Guide customers through leasing process and show units.
• Audit and balance cash drawers and petty cash.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
