Job summary

West Coast Self-Storage in Indio, California is seeking a full-time Property Manager to oversee daily operations of a busy self-storage facility and deliver outstanding customer service. The role includes leasing, pricing management, vendor coordination, and site maintenance to a high standard.

Schedule is Tuesday through Saturday, 9:30am to 6:00pm, with room for growth and bonuses. Ideal candidates have retail/sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and sales roles.
• Ability to self-manage and work independently.
• Willingness to work Tue-Sat including weekends/holidays.
• Basic computer skills and MS Office knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service including assessing storage needs (in person, phone and web inquiries).
• Create store plan to hit budget monthly and annually.
• Web pricing and discount management.
• Ensure property is maintained to West Coast's Clean & Operational standards (cleaning vacated units, sweeping, mopping, changing light bulbs).
• Manage Vendors and Cap Ex projects.
• Drive auction process and show available units and guide customers through the leasing process.
• Manage, audit and balance cash drawer and petty cash.
• Other duties assigned by leadership.
