Job summary

West Coast Self-Storage Group is seeking a motivated Property Manager for our Moreno Valley location. You will oversee daily operations, provide top-tier customer service, manage leasing, pricing, and vendor relationships.

The role requires you to work Tue-Sat, 9:30am-6:00pm, with eligible monthly and quarterly bonus potential and a comprehensive benefits package including insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and more.

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience with a customer service focus.
• Ability to manage cash and operate a point-of-sale mindset.
• Strong customer service skills and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service including assessing customers storage needs (in person, phone and web inquiries).
• Create store plan to hit budget monthly and annually.
• Web pricing and discount management.
• Ensure property is maintained to West Coast’s Clean & Operational standards, e.g., cleaning vacated units, sweeping, mopping, changing light bulbs.
• Manage Vendors and Cap Ex projects.
• Drive auction process Show available units and guide customers through the leasing process.
• Manage, audit and balance cash drawer and petty cash.
• Other duties assigned by leadership.
