Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Senior Storage Program Manager to lead storage program delivery from the PMO within the Hybrid Cloud organization. The role reports to the Storage PMO and involves managing schedules, budgets, and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery of program objectives.

Requires 6–10 years of program management experience, a Bachelor’s or Master’s in a related field, and PMP/PMI certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Report to PMO within Hybrid Cloud organization and lead multimodal programs.
• Create schedules and ensure delivery of critical deliverables on time.
• Manage program budget and resource allocation to meet objectives.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners to adjust plans as needed.
• Communicate progress, escalations, and analysis to stakeholders and drive improvements.
• Mentor less-experienced staff and foster knowledge sharing.
