Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise seeks a Senior Storage Program Manager to lead cross-functional programs from Spring, TX, with an onsite focus and travel to the Houston campus twice weekly. You will manage schedules, budgets, and deliverables across engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, services, and product management.

The role requires 6–10 years in program management, PMP/PMI preferred, and strong written/verbal communication with the ability to guide large matrix teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage programs involving multiple functions and project teams to drive product delivery.
• Create schedules and ensure successful execution of deliverables within timeframes.
• Manage program budget, resource allocation, and supporting requirements.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners to progress plans against the baseline.
• Escalate issues, propose changes, and ensure adherence to roadmaps and budgets.
• Drive innovation and integration of new technologies into programs.
• Mentor less-experienced staff members.
