Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, CS, IS, Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Typically 4–6 years of experience in Program Management or related role.
• Proficiency with Smartsheet, Lucid Timeline, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Slack.

Responsibilities

• Report to the PMO within the Hybrid Cloud organization.
• Lead Storage programs across cross-functional teams to deliver product, release, readiness, and service objectives.
• Develop and maintain integrated program schedules, milestones, deliverables, resource plans, and risks.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to align plans and adjust priorities when needed.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to less-experienced team members.
