Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years in program management or similar.
• Strong AI prompt experience and understanding of agentic AI implementations.
• Proven PMO leadership for cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience with enterprise-level, global stakeholders.
• Analytical, data-driven decision making and reporting.
• Experience preparing executive-level materials and updates.
• Supply chain, procurement, or technology industry exposure preferred.
• Familiarity with enterprise compliance, systems, and audit requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of strategic sourcing programs, establishing governance, milestones, KPIs, and reporting cadence.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts across sourcing, planning, and operations for software, silicon, and networking.
• Support supplier management including contract execution, onboarding, and performance tracking.
• Develop and deploy organization-wide reporting and dashboards driving spend and performance insights.
• Partner with VP to translate priorities into actionable programs and support organizational planning.
• Design standardized processes to improve efficiency and scalability and drive automation.
• Lead organization-wide change management and communications, including training programs.
