Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Finance Manager within the OCI Finance team to own end-to-end financial planning for the Storage portfolio. You will partner with product and engineering leadership and lead a small team to deliver actionable insights and drive business outcomes.

You will translate strategy into financial reporting, build models, influence investment decisions, and collaborate across cross-functional teams to optimize gross margin and align with strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in leading and mentoring teams with analysts.
• Familiarity with Cloud Technology and Infrastructure; support for engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with engineering leadership to align product development and financial objectives.
• Oversee financial analysis within the Storage Portfolio to drive decisions.
• Drive margin optimization through pricing, cost structure, and efficiencies.
• Translate business strategy into actionable financial reports with KPIs.
• Guide investment decisions and support the S&OP process with capacity planning.
• Develop and implement financial policies supporting the Storage portfolio.
