Job summary

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Finance is seeking a Finance Manager to partner with Engineering and Product leadership, owning the storage portfolio end-to-end. You will lead a small team, drive financial modeling, and deliver actionable insights to optimize margins and guide strategic investments.

You will translate strategy into financial reporting, collaborate across functions, and influence decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field with 10 years of relevant experience in finance.
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in leading and mentoring teams, including guiding analysts.
• Familiarity with Cloud Technology and Infrastructure; prior experience supporting engineering teams.
• Exceptional communication skills, with ability to collaborate across multiple functions.
• Strong results orientation with ability to translate strategic ideas into actionable plans.
• Data-driven mindset with track record of using financial analysis to inform decisions.
• Strategic partnership and influencing skills to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage ambiguity.
• Self-starter with proactive approach to tasks and ownership of initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Trusted Advisor to Engineering and offer financial insights aligning product development with objectives.
• Lead Financial Analysis of Storage Products and drive data-driven decisions.
• Drive Gross Margin improvement across Storage portfolio via pricing and cost insights.
• Translate business strategy into actionable financial reports and KPIs.
• Guide investment decisions to align with strategic goals.
• Collaborate in S&OP process to ensure capacity investments meet business needs.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures for the Storage portfolio.
