Job summary

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Finance & Analytics is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to lead a high‑performing team responsible for financial planning, cloud cost optimization, analytics, and executive reporting across Oracle’s global OCI footprint.

You will partner with executives to influence investment decisions, drive cost efficiency, and build scalable reporting and insights using data across Finance, Engineering, Operations, Systems and Product.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, business analytics, cloud finance, or related disciplines.
• 5+ years of experience leading and developing high‑performing teams.
• Deep expertise in financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, management reporting, and month‑end close.
• Experience leading reporting, analytics, or business intelligence initiatives using SQL and enterprise reporting platforms.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem‑solving skills with advanced Excel proficiency and enterprise planning tools.
• Outstanding communication and executive presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across business and technical organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing team of finance professionals and data analysts.
• Drive financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning for OCI usage across Oracle.
• Deliver executive-level insights, variance analysis, and strategic recommendations.
• Develop financial models to maximize cloud utilization while balancing performance and cost.
