• Optimize Gross Margin: Drive margin optimization across the Storage portfolio by analyzing pricing, cost structure, efficiencies, and other operational drivers.
• Align Business Strategy with Financial Reporting: Translate business strategy into actionable financial reports and KPIs to measure success across Storage offerings.
• Influence Investment Decisions: Guide investments through comprehensive financial analysis aligned with strategic goals.
• Contribute to Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP): Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure capacity investments for Storage products.

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is one of the fastest-growing divisions within Oracle, and the OCI Finance team plays a critical role in supporting this growth. The Workload Health team is responsible for financial planning and modeling for specific product families within the broader OCI ecosystem. As a trusted advisor to OCI leadership, the team focuses on optimizing business economics while scaling rapidly.

In this Finance Manager role, you will serve as a strategic partner to the product and engineering organizations, with end-to-end ownership of the storage portfolio. You will lead a small team of direct reports, managing complex financial projects that span across the product lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include guiding financial decision-making, building and refining financial models, and providing actionable insights to drive business outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong data-driven mindset, advanced modeling expertise, and a proven ability to navigate both the high-level strategic and granular operational details. This role requires someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and can effectively collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization.

• Align Business Strategy with Financial Reporting: Translate business strategy into actionable financial reports, using KPIs and goal-setting to measure success across various Storage product offerings.
• Influence Investment Decisions: Guide investment decisions through comprehensive financial analysis, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Contribute to Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP): Collaborate with cross-functional teams in the S&OP process to ensure capacity investments for Storage products are timely, appropriately sized, and aligned with business needs.
• Drive Financial Policies & Procedures: Develop and implement financial policies and procedures that support the operational goals of the STORAGE product portfolio and enhance business performance.
