Oracle seeks a Senior Finance Manager for OCI Finance & Analytics to lead financial planning, cloud cost optimization, and analytics across the OCI footprint. You’ll partner with executives to influence investments, drive efficiency, and build high-performing teams.

You will own forecasting, budgeting, and reporting, delivering insights that shape strategic decisions and maximize cloud utilization while balancing cost and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, CS, IS, or related field.
• 10+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, business analytics, cloud finance, or related disciplines.
• 5+ years leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Deep expertise in financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, management reporting, and month-end close.
• Experience leading reporting, analytics, or BI initiatives using SQL and enterprise reporting platforms.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills with advanced Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, monthly close, and long-range planning for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure usage across Oracle.
• Partner with business leaders to optimize cloud investments and improve financial performance.
• Deliver executive-level financial insights, variance analysis, and recommendations that influence strategic decision making.
• Develop business cases and financial models that maximize cloud utilization while balancing performance and cost.
• Lead the strategy and execution of scalable reporting, dashboards, and analytics with automation and data governance.
• Collaborate with Finance, Engineering, Operations, and Systems to solve complex business challenges using data.
