Qualifications

• 3+ years retail experience preferred
• 2+ years supervisor or leadership experience preferred
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision and in a team environment
• Must be able to work a flexible work schedule, including weekends
• Passion for sales and ability to understand customer needs

Responsibilities

• Renting self storage and selling related merchandise and services
• Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries promptly
• Process payments and reconcile daily deposits
• Perform collections for past due accounts and prepare Auction Sales paperwork
• Prepare and submit operational, accounting and marketing reports; complete monthly staff schedule
• Keep the property clean and maintained; manage exterior grounds and restrooms
• Schedule and supervise minor repairs
• Report repairs or major maintenance needs to District Manager
• Supervise maintenance contractors as needed
• Visually inspect store daily for security breaches
• Understand basic operation of facility systems (HVAC, alarms, lighting, gates)
• Perform minor maintenance tasks (lights, weed control)
• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
