Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with determining storage needs from start to finish.
• Deliver exceptional customer service with enthusiasm, professionalism, and clear communication.
• Maintain appearance and curb appeal of the store on a daily basis.
• Work with others and ensure property goals align with revenue targets.
• Attend local marketing and networking events to promote the site.
• Perform clerical and administration duties as needed.
