Bee Safe Storage in Greensboro, NC is seeking a Part Time Property Manager to oversee customer service, sales, and daily facility upkeep. You will interact with customers, assess storage needs, and help drive revenue through proactive marketing and reliable operations.

The role requires a HS diploma, reliability, the ability to lift 50 lbs, and willingness to work 4 days a week with at least one weekend day. Prior customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with determining storage needs, start to finish.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by listening and communicating effectively and pleasantly with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Appearance and curb appeal of store on a daily basis.
• MS Office Suite knowledge and virtual meeting participation.
• Reports to and works with Operations/Facility Manager to ensure property appearance looks good.
• Understanding property goals to attain revenue goals.
• Attend local marketing and networking events.
• Take location to the next income level via off-premises marketing, proactive in-house sales, and ongoing customer attention to detail.
