Job summary

Prime Group Holdings, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager for Prime Storage Group in Greenville, SC. The role focuses on renting units, handling inquiries, and maintaining strong customer relationships while supporting daily operations.

You will learn and apply POS skills, manage receipts, and assist with upselling products. This position requires reliability, teamwork, and readiness to travel between local sites.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant work experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Must be technically savvy with the ability to learn new applications and Point of Sale systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft products such as Outlook is required.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs and perform routine maintenance tasks.
• Valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation required.
• Ability to travel and work at multiple locations; floating to Greenville sites included.

Responsibilities

• Rent self-storage units and related products to customers.
• Convert telephone and walk-in inquiries into rentals.
• Maintain accounts receivable and collect payments.
• Process daily bank deposits accurately and timely.
• Upsell moving products and assist in unit sizing decisions.
• Greet customers promptly and professionally.
• Explain features and benefits of the property to customers.
• Resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of facilities; perform property inspections.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
