Job summary

U-Haul in Las Vegas is seeking a Storage Customer Service Representative to be the face of our store, assisting customers with storage unit rentals, contracts, and site operations.

You will answer inquiries, show units, coordinate with the site manager, and participate in U-Haul University training; weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Excellent communication skills required for customer interactions.
• Availability to work on weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with storage unit inquiries and rentals.
• Show storage units and explain rental terms and agreements.
• Prepare rental contracts and coordinate with site manager on operations.
• Perform general site cleanup and minor maintenance tasks.
• Ensure vacant units are clean, dry, and ready for new customers.
• Participate in ongoing U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
