Job summary

U-Haul is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Las Vegas. You will be the face of our service, assisting customers with rentals, inspecting equipment, and guiding them through the U-Scan system to manage inventory and returns.

The role offers on-the-job education, with opportunities to learn about hitch installations, trailer wiring, and equipment handling while earning competitive pay and benefits where eligible.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with U-Haul products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring.
