Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Storage Customer Service Representative at 12200 Portland Ave, Burnsville, MN. You will assist customers, inspect and maintain equipment, and use up-to-date technology to dispatch and return equipment. The role includes on-the-job education and participation in our training programs.

Compensation ranges from $11.41 to $12.00 hourly. The position requires a driver's license and weekend/holiday availability, with benefits including health plans and paid time off, depending on

Qualifications

Driver's license and the ability to maintain a clean driving record.
Excellent communication skills.
Available to work on weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Support the site manager with facility operations.
Answer phone inquiries from active and prospective customers.
Show storage units, explain the terms of rental agreements and prepare rental contracts.
Perform general routine property cleanup and minor repair work.
Ensure that all vacant storage units are clean, dry, secure and available for new customers.
Perform other duties as assigned.
