U-Haul is seeking a friendly Storage Customer Service Representative in Burnsville, MN to assist customers, show storage units, explain rental terms, and dispatch equipment as part of a supportive team. You will help customers navigate rentals, drive day-to-day site operations, and participate in ongoing U-Haul education.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and ability to assist customers.
• Experience in customer service environments.
• Willingness to work weekends/holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support the site manager with facility operations.
• Answer phone inquiries from active and prospective customers.
• Show storage units, explain rental terms and prepare contracts.
• Perform general routine property cleanup and minor repairs.
• Ensure vacant storage units are clean, dry, secure and ready for new customers.
