U-Haul Co. of South Carolina is seeking a Storage Customer Service Representative at our Webster, NY location. You will be the face of the service team, helping customers with storage unit rentals, guiding terms, and preparing contracts.

You will support site management, answer inquiries by phone, perform routine property upkeep, and participate in ongoing U-Haul education. A valid driver's license, strong communication, and weekend availability are required.

Qualifications

• Driver's license and clean driving record.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Available to work on weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support the site manager with facility operations.
• Answer phone inquiries from active and prospective customers.
• Show storage units, explain rental terms and prepare contracts.
• Perform general routine property cleanup and minor repairs.
• Ensure vacant units are clean, dry, secure and ready for new customers.
• Participate in ongoing U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
