The role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and the ability to work weekends. On-site position with opportunities for growth; U-Haul University provides ongoing training and development programs.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of management experience in retail or another service industry with responsibility for financial results and customer satisfaction.
• Computer literacy and strong organizational skills.
• Able to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform profit/loss analyses.
• Hire and mentor new team members.
• Track and itemize inventory.
• Manage the fleet to deliver clean and well-maintained equipment.
• Manage the personnel budget.
• Ensure that customers receive the highest quality of care.
