Job summary

Floor & Decor in Orlando is seeking staff for roles handling storage buy orders and audits. The position is available as both Full-Time and Part-Time, with base pay starting at $15.10 per hour and higher starting pay based on experience.

The role involves coordinating storage buy orders, audits, and customer interactions in a fast-paced warehouse setting. Qualified applicants will have retail sales experience, strong communication, interpersonal, and computer skills, plus self-motivation.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail sales experience required or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Excellent interpersonal skills with store management and associates
• Strong computer skills and internet project coordination experience
• Must be a self-starter and work well in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Obtain required customer information to properly manage all storage buy orders
• Manage storage buy orders to ensure delivery within the 14 day window
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly storage buy audits for order/inventory accuracy
• Deliver customer storage buy orders in POS
• Act in accordance with the company's core values
• Comply with safety SOPs for lifting practices
• Answer the telephone according to guidelines
• Perform other related duties as directed by management
