Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking staff for storage buy operations, handling customer orders and audits in a fast-paced retail environment. The role includes delivering orders in POS, ensuring 14-day window compliance and adhering to safety procedures.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with basic computer and coordination abilities. Both full-time and part-time positions are available, with potential for higher starting pay based on experience.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail sales experience or equivalent to perform the essential functions.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Excellent interpersonal skills with all levels of store management and associates.
• Strong computer skills and internet project coordination experience.
• Self-starter and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Obtain required customer information to properly manage all storage buy orders.
• Manage storage buy orders to deliver within the 14 day window.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly storage buy audits for accuracy as per SOP.
• Deliver storage buy orders in POS.
• Act in line with the company’s core values.
• Follow safety SOPs for lifting practices.
• Answer the telephone per established guidelines.
• Perform other related duties as directed by management.
