Floor & Decor is seeking staff to manage storage buy orders and perform the accompanying audits in a fast-paced retail environment. The role requires handling customer interactions, POS duties, and coordination with store teams.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of retail experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and strong computer and organization abilities. Full-time and part-time roles are available, with standard store hours and safety procedures in place.

Qualificações

• 1 year of retail sales experience or equivalent to perform duties.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to work with store management and associates.
• Strong computer skills and experience with internet-based coordination.
• Must be a self-starter in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Obtain customer information needed to manage storage buy orders.
• Manage storage buy orders to ensure delivery within 14 days.
• Deliver customer storage buy orders in POS.
• Uphold company values in daily work and safety procedures.
• Answer phones according to guidelines and perform related duties.
