Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. seeks a motivated associate to manage storage buy orders and audit processes at our Orlando store. This role supports collecting customer information, ensuring orders meet the 14-day window, and maintaining inventory accuracy in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will answer calls, follow safety SOPs, and support store leadership while upholding our core values. Retail experience, strong communication, and teamwork with all levels are essential.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail sales experience required or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work with all levels of store management and store associates.
• Strong computer skills and internet project coordination experience.
• Must be a self-starter and work well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Obtain the required customer information needed to properly manage all storage buy orders
• Manage storage buy orders to ensure orders are delivered within the 14 day window
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly storage buy audits to ensure order and inventory accuracy.
• Audits to be conducted as per the Storage Buy Audit SOP
• Deliver customer storage buy orders in POS Act and work in a manner that is consistent with the company’s core values
• Comply with the company’s safety standard operating procedures for lifting practices
• Answer the telephone according to established guidelines
• Perform other related duties as directed by management
