Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a customer-focused role handling storage buy orders and audits in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The position supports both full-time and part-time schedules with starting wages from $15.00 per hour, tied to experience.

Responsibilities include collecting customer information, managing orders within a 14-day window, and conducting regular audits. Candidates should have at least one year in retail sales, strong communication skills, and solid computer abilities.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail sales experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to work with all levels of store management and associates.
• Strong computer skills and internet project coordination experience.
• Self-starter who works well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Obtain required customer information to manage storage buy orders.
• Manage storage buy orders to ensure delivery within 14 days.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly storage buy audits per SOP.
• Deliver customer storage buy orders in POS.
• Act in line with Floor & Decor core values.
• Comply with safety SOPs for lifting practices.
• Answer telephone according to guidelines.
• Perform other duties as directed by management.
