Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking individuals for roles involving storage buy activities and audits in a warehouse setting. The position offers both Full-Time and Part-Time options, with starting pay from $15.10 per hour depending on experience.

Responsibilities include gathering customer information, managing orders within a 14‑day window, and conducting regular audits to ensure accuracy. The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and computer skills in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail sales experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work with all levels of store management and store associates.
• Strong computer skills and internet project coordination experience.
• Must be a self-starter and work well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Obtain the required customer information to properly manage storage buy orders.
• Manage storage buy orders to ensure delivery within the 14 day window.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly storage buy audits for order and inventory accuracy.
• Conduct audits per the Storage Buy Audit SOP.
• Deliver customer storage buy orders in POS Act following company values.
• Adhere to safety SOPs for lifting practices.
• Answer telephone according to guidelines.
• Perform other related duties as directed by management.
