Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a storage buy coordinator to manage customer storage orders and audits in a fast-paced retail setting. The role includes gathering customer data, ensuring on-time delivery, and maintaining inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail sales experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to work with all levels of store management and store associates.
• Strong computer skills and internet project coordination experience.
• Must be a self-starter and work well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Obtain required customer information to manage all storage buy orders.
• Manage storage buy orders to ensure delivery within 14 days.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly storage buy audits for order/inventory accuracy.
• Audits conducted per Storage Buy Audit SOP.
• Deliver customer storage buy orders in POS Act and align with company values.
• Follow safety SOPs for lifting and handling.
• Answer the telephone per guidelines.
• Perform other duties as directed by management.
