Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Storage Buy Associate to handle customer storage buy orders and oversee the audit process in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

The role requires at least 1 year of retail sales experience, strong communication, and solid computer skills. Both full-time and part-time positions are available, with a warehouse-friendly schedule and safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail sales experience or equivalent to perform essential functions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with all levels of store management and associates.
• Strong computer skills and internet project coordination experience.

Responsibilities

• Obtain required customer information to manage storage buy orders.
• Manage storage buy orders to deliver within a 14-day window.
• Conduct daily/weekly/monthly storage buy audits for accuracy.
• Perform audits per Storage Buy Audit SOP.
• Deliver customer storage buy orders in POS Act per company values.
• Follow safety SOPs for lifting and warehouse duties.
• Answer phone per guidelines.
• Perform other related duties as directed by management.
