Responsibilities

• Gather required customer information to manage storage buy orders.
• Manage storage buy orders to meet a 14-day window.
• Conduct daily/weekly/monthly storage buy audits for accuracy.
• Audit per Storage Buy Audit SOP.
• Deliver customer storage buy orders in POS Act and align with company values.
• Follow safety SOPs for lifting procedures.
• Answer phones per guidelines.
• Perform other duties as directed by management.
