Job summary

Responsibilities

Provide resolutions to storage incidents and service requests.
Investigate and resolve storage incidents and disruptions; perform RCA.
Support maintenance, upgrades, migrations, and refresh projects.
Manage SAN/NAS resources, replication, snapshots, and cloning.
Monitor storage health, performance, and availability; optimize bottlenecks.
Design storage solutions for new apps and services; document standards.
