Job summary

Nasscomm, located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, is seeking a skilled Storage Architect for a 7-month project focused on migrations and complex deployments. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of NetApp technologies and experience in cDOT.

Responsibilities include architecting and executing migrations, troubleshooting, and collaborating with SQL and Oracle databases. The position requires mostly onsite work with occasional remote options.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in storage architecture with a focus on migrations.
• Profound knowledge of NetApp technologies.

Job Description

Position – Storage Architect

Duration – 7 months

NAS (NFS, CIFS) Storage Architecture, Focus on migrations and Qtree, using the tool. Need to know Ontap and migrations. Need someone that really knows NetApp and migrations not architecture.

Cloud integration, Architect Plan and Efficiently Execute Migrations to CDOT, CDOT Architecture & Administration.

This is not just an architecture/design resource, also operations and troubleshooting. Use a lot of Snaps. Very little NetApp SAN which is the VMware environment.

SQL knowledge helpful .SQL or Oracle nice to have some experience with one. Resident will be driving Data OnTap. (complex deployment is more about migration).
