Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise storage, infrastructure architecture, or related technical discipline.
• Deep expertise in enterprise storage architecture across SAN, NAS, object, software-defined storage, hyperconverged infra, and hybrid cloud.
• Proven ability to shape strategy and decisions across product, engineering, solutions, and partner organizations without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Define the future storage architecture and technical direction for Lenovo’s storage portfolio.
• Establish architecture principles, reference designs, and platform requirements for portfolio planning.
• Assess threats, gaps, and opportunities; provide recommendations to product and executive leadership.
• Influence storage and partner roadmaps to improve differentiation and customer value.
• Define how storage integrates with Lenovo AI, hybrid infra, ThinkAgile, server, software, and services solutions.
• Partner with solution teams to create repeatable architectures and blueprints for priority workloads.
• Serve as a senior technical interface to OEM and technology partners; shape joint roadmaps and qualifications.
• Evaluate new technologies and partnerships based on strategic fit and business potential.
• Act as a technical authority; mentor teams and build storage capability across ISG.
