Job summary

Lenovo is seeking a Storage & Hyperconverged Infrastructure (HCI) Product Line Manager to lead worldwide strategy, portfolio development, positioning, and go-to-market for our enterprise storage and HCI portfolio.

The role requires deep technical expertise in enterprise storage and software-defined infrastructure, plus strong product management, GTM, and customer engagement capabilities. You will collaborate with Nutanix, Microsoft, VMware, and NetApp partners to accelerate growth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product mgmt or related roles in enterprise storage/HCI.
• Proven GTM strategy experience for complex infrastructure products.
• Strong knowledge of Lenovo ThinkAgile and Nutanix/Microsoft/VMware ecosystems.
• Experience with enterprise storage tech: SAN/NAS, NVMe, data protection.

Responsibilities

• Own worldwide product-line strategy for enterprise storage and HCI solutions, including portfolio definition, roadmap development, launches, lifecycle management, and end-of-life planning.
• Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies to drive revenue growth, market share, customer adoption, and competitive differentiation.
• Define product requirements and roadmap priorities based on customer needs, technology evolution, competitive dynamics, partner roadmaps, and business objectives.
• Maintain deep technical expertise across enterprise storage architectures, including SAN/NAS, block/file storage, NVMe, Fibre Channel, data protection, and software-defined storage.
• Develop expert-level knowledge of Lenovo enterprise storage solutions and NetApp ecosystem, including ThinkAgile portfolio with Nutanix, Microsoft, VMware.
