Job summary

Lenovo is seeking an enterprise architecture leader to drive cross-portfolio architectural direction for ThinkAgile solutions. You will partner with ISV teams and internal engineering to define architectures, automate orchestration, and simplify deployment and lifecycle management across Lenovo's infrastructure portfolio.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in enterprise architecture, HCI, Private Cloud, Hybrid Cloud, or related areas.
• Deep understanding of server, storage, virtualization, and systems-management architectures.
• Strong technical knowledge of at least one major enterprise cloud/HCI ecosystem such as VMware Cloud Foundation, Nutanix Cloud Platform, Microsoft Azure Local or comparable technologies.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure lifecycle management, automation, orchestration, and systems management.
• Experience translating workload, customer, and software requirements into infrastructure architectures and technical requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives across multiple products, technologies, and engineering organizations.
• Ability to evaluate complex technical tradeoffs and turn them into clear architectural recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with key ISV partners to understand evolving platform architectures and translate developments into implications for Lenovo infrastructure.
• Ensure ThinkAgile architectural direction remains aligned across the portfolio.
• Establish cross-portfolio architectural leadership and identify AI-driven requirements, integration patterns, and capabilities.
• Provide architectural leadership for orchestration and automation, defining how Lenovo management capabilities and ISV platforms come together to simplify deployment and lifecycle management.
• Combine deep enterprise infrastructure expertise with the ability to influence technology partners and translate complex software and infrastructure requirements into coherent solution architectures.
