Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Shop Operations Lead for Providence, RI to oversee daily fabrication, production flow, quality control and installation coordination.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing fabrication shop personnel or installation crews, strong knowledge of granite/quartz fabrication, and familiarity with CNC equipment, templating and installation processes. This is an on-site, permanent role with $33-$36/hour plus overtime.

Qualifications

• Experience managing fabrication shop personnel and/or installation crews.
• Strong knowledge of granite, quartz and natural stone fabrication.
• Understanding of CNC equipment, templating, fabrication and installation processes.
• Prior shop lead or high level installation lead experience in the stone countertop industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily fabrication activities and production workflow.
• Ensure quality control across fabrication and installation.
• Coordinate installation logistics with crews and customers.
