Job summary

Stone Center in Columbus is seeking a skilled Stone Fabricator to join our shop. If you take pride in precision handwork and want to build something real with your hands every day, we want to talk to you.

Full-time, four 10-hour days per week (3-day weekends!). You will fabricate natural stone products, read shop drawings, and operate cutting, grinding, and carving equipment. A manufacturing background and experience with limestone or granite are valued.

Qualifications

• Stone fabrication experience with hand-cutting is required.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy material.
• Comfort with small hand tools and a mechanical, problem-solving mindset.
• Manufacturing or shop-floor background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate natural stone products using hand-cutting and shop tools.
• Read and work from shop drawings.
• Operate cutting, grinding, and carving equipment.
• Work safely and independently and as part of a team.
