Job summary

Stone Brewing in California is seeking a Taproom Crew Lead to supervise a team, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and oversee daily Taproom operations. You will manage opening/closing, handle cash, and ensure product quality while embodying Stone’s hospitality standards.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in beverage/retail leadership, strong public speaking, and cash/POS familiarity. This role offers a dynamic work environment with guest-focused service and team development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years supervisory/lead experience in beverage or retail.
• Cash handling experience and POS familiarity.
• Public speaking skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional fan service to all stakeholders in every interaction.
• Manage opening and closing procedures for the Taproom, including register maintenance and securing the premises.
• Lead the team under management guidance, delegating tasks and coaching on duties, projects, and sales.
• Serve beer, brewed cocktails, and non-alcoholic drinks according to company standards.
• Organize brewery tours and conduct public speaking engagements.
• Maintain visual standards by stocking merchandise and beer inventory appropriately.
• Ensure Taproom cleanliness and sanitation, adhering to health and safety regulations.
