Job summary

Stone Brewing Liberty Station is hiring a Bistro Crew Member to warmly greet guests and provide attentive service across food, beverage, and table clearing. You will contribute to an inviting dining atmosphere, uphold Bistro standards, and help guests enjoy a memorable experience.

The role requires hospitality focus, at least 1 year in high-volume dining, and current San Diego Food Handlers and RBS certifications. Nights, weekends, and holidays required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of related experience in high-volume restaurants.
• Proficiency with Point-of-Sale systems.
• Must have a current San Diego County Food Handlers card.
• Must possess a current RBS (Responsible Beverage Service) certificate.
• Certified Beer Server preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet fans warmly and provide friendly service.
• Demonstrate knowledge of events, policies, reservations, wait times, menu, and options.
• Execute Bistro roles including opening and closing duties.
• Ensure service meets Bistro standards and guest satisfaction.
• Pour and serve wine, beer, and non-alcoholic drinks per standards.
• Maintain health, safety, and sanitary standards.
• Assist guests with POS and processing.
• Support team to ensure a smooth dining experience.
