Job summary

Stone Brewing is hiring a Dishwasher responsible for washing, cleaning, and sanitizing glassware, dishes, and silverware. This role supports the Events department and requires a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.

Successful candidates should have 1–2 years of experience in a high-volume kitchen, possess a San Diego County Food Handler Card or be able to obtain one, and be able to stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of experience in a high-volume kitchen.
• San Diego County Food Handler Card (or ability to obtain one).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate machine and/or hand washing stations as required.
• Remove garbage and recycling at the end of shifts.
• Report equipment issues, shortages, and problems to the supervisor.
• Complete opening and closing checklists for kitchen closure.
• Maintain safety and sanitization standards.
• Contribute as a valuable team member with communication.
• Assist in identifying and driving process improvements.
