You’ll lead stockroom organization, ensure timely flow of merchandise to the sales floor, and mentor teammates to deliver great service and product knowledge. You’ll train on stockroom replenishment, uphold merchandising standards, and support store teams with asset protection and safety.

Responsibilities

• Drive store results through stockroom organization to ensure proper, timely flow of merchandise to the sales floor.
• Utilize company processes to maintain merchandising and presentation standards.
• Provide training with management on stockroom organization and replenishment.
• Maintain a genuine customer focus on the sales floor and assist with product knowledge.
• Foster a positive environment for employees and customers.
• Recognize and reward exceptional performance and redirect employees when needed.
• Contribute to and support the team on delivering customer service and drive loyalty programs.
• Support store team with Asset Protection and safety awareness.
