Responsibilities

• Drive store results through the organization of the stockroom areas to ensure proper, accurate, and timely flow of merchandise to the sales floor.
• Utilize company processes to maintain merchandising and presentation standards.
• Provide training in stockroom organization and replenishment in partnership with management.
• Maintain a genuine customer focus on the sales floor and assist with product knowledge and benefits.
• Foster a positive environment for employees and customers.
• Contribute to and support the team in delivering consistent customer service and loyalty programs.
• Support asset protection and store safety awareness.
