Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking a Stock Supervisor to partner with the leadership team to ensure optimal preparedness for the customer experience. You will oversee receiving deliveries, organize stock, and work with allocation teams to optimize store operations.

The role requires strong organizational and logistics skills, professional communication, teamwork, and the ability to lift at least 50 pounds. A flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee supply management and inventory accuracy, including RFID and stock systems.
• Handle merchandise receiving and floor-ready processing to store standards.
• Provide on-the-job training and supervise daily activities of Sales Support Team when applicable.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized stockroom and optimize layout.
• Ensure adherence to store policies and store process dashboards.
