Job summary

Southwest Microwave, Inc. in Tempe, AZ is seeking a detail-oriented data entry and warehousing associate responsible for kitting, shipping and receiving, and ERP transactions.

You will verify shipments, issue parts to work orders, perform cycle counts, and support inventory accuracy in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. A High School diploma and good MS Office skills are required; prior manufacturing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a manufacturing setting.
• Good math and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office required.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unpack shipments; verify against POs and record on ERP.
• Issue parts to work orders and record on ERP.
• Package and ship materials with documentation to meet delivery commitments.
• Assist and process other stock transactions in ERP.
• Gather and input data manually and electronically in ERP.
• Perform cycle counts and participate in annual inventory.
• Other duties as assigned.
