Job summary

Micro-Tronics, Inc. in Tempe, AZ, is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Associate to support manufacturing operations. You will receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials, process ERP transactions, and prepare outgoing shipments.

This role requires attention to detail, the ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment, and basic forklift/ERP experience; forklift is a plus, SyteLine preferred. Competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years shipping and receiving experience.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Experience using an ERP system (SyteLine preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and shipping documentation.
• Process receiving transactions accurately in the ERP system.
• Package and prepare outgoing shipments to ensure safe and secure delivery.
• Create packing slips and shipping documentation.
• Load and unload deliveries using a forklift and other material handling equipment.
• Deliver incoming materials to the appropriate departments throughout the facility.
• Pull materials for production jobs and return unused materials to inventory.
• Coordinate with Purchasing and supervisors to resolve receiving discrepancies.
• Schedule recycled material pickups and assist with proper disposal of expired chemicals.
• Perform local pickups and deliveries as needed using a company vehicle.
