MSR-FSR in Chandler, AZ, is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Technician to ensure accurate intake of customer parts and timely dispatch of orders.

You will read orders, inspect items, document receipts, package products for local and international shipment, and maintain inventory records.

This role requires basic computer skills, ability to operate a forklift, and physical endurance to lift up to 50 pounds; safety is essential. Candidates must pass drug screening and background checks.

Qualifications

• Read English and follow technical procedures and instructions.
• Pass required drug screening and background check.
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office: Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Demonstrate mechanical aptitude and ability to use basic hand tools.
• General math skills including fractions, decimals, addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
• Ability to operate a forklift.
• Lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• This is a safety-sensitive position; maintain required standards.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand customer orders to correctly receive, inspect parts, and create documentation for all received items.
• Package products and parts for local and international shipment with required documentation.
• Inspect goods received against orders or invoices and maintain receipts records.
• Perform audits and maintain inventory records of merchandise received.
• Maintain daily housekeeping to keep storage area organized and efficient.
