Job summary

Southwest Accessory Group is seeking a Receiving Associate to handle incoming inventory and ensure accurate counts and proper put-away in a fast-paced warehouse in Texas. You will receive, track, scan, and verify shipments, while maintaining safe, organized work areas.

The role requires basic computer and RF scanner skills, attention to detail, and the ability to read numerals in English. Prior warehouse experience is a plus, with forklift operation experience valued.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior warehouse experience a plus.
• Basic computer and RF scanner knowledge required.
• Ability to read numerals and English.

Responsibilities

• Receive and track inventory.
• Responsible for all daily inbound shipments with accuracy.
• Scan and verify order details in the WMS system.
• Put away all incoming inventory accurately.
• Record and manage all impaired or damaged merchandise items.
• Follow SOPs and safety guidelines.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
